The Attic Apartment is the most prestigious of the structure: its spacious rooms ensure a natural climatization, ideal for refreshment even during the hottest days of summer, and it is located on the first floor, reachable by a spiral staircase, equipped with a stairlift, suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, dishes and necessary utensils. All systems are brand new and efficient.
The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and downstairs, in the yard, there are two washing machines shared with the other apartments.
